From the initial site visits, the project focused on guiding the owners toward confident decisions, transforming spatial constraints into opportunities for flexibility, comfort, and long-term value.

Design and construction happened side by side, with the owners building hands-on alongside family. We reconfigured the layout to capture more natural light, improve circulation, and make room for three adaptable micro-spaces: bedroom, workspace, and living area.
Through this reconfiguration, the usable area increased by three square meters, directly adding value at the time of sale.
