This project designs the shared areas in a coliving building around the idea that less can be more. The focus is on creating welcoming, practical areas around a gathering piece of furniture.

Thoughtful acoustic design keeps noise manageable, and wherever possible, the spaces open up to views of the outside.

Each space is designed to support activities that extend beyond the micro-apartments, accommodating larger groups while maintaining intimacy.
