Politecnico

One space, many modes

Spaces structured by occupation, duration, and activity.

A space designed around how people move through their day. Flexibility guides every decision, allowing the building to evolve as needs shift. Common areas function as true social centers, equally suited for a quick coffee stop or extended group work sessions.

Flexible furniture, multi-use surfaces, and durable neutral materials make the transformation possible. A lounge can shift into study space, then back again. Communal zones adapt into semi-private areas when needed.

The design recognizes that student life doesn't fit into rigid categories, and neither should the spaces that support it.
